Meet Susana, Managing Partner
After years spent at top-tier accounting firms EY and PwC serving 33 millionaire families and 5 billionaires, Susana decided it was time to bridge the gap between the high level financial expertise being provided to wealthy families in Dallas and the needs of business owners and entrepreneurs in her community.
Most entrepreneurs work with CPAs who are focused on filing their taxes once a year, when what they need is a year-round partner who can share proven strategies to help them reduce their overall tax bill and grow faster.
Susana built Romo CPA to be a true partner for every clients, not just tax prep. With years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on estate and tax planning strategies, leveraging NOLs, trust structures, and wealth transfer techniques to minimize tax liabilities, she knew that this was the kind of high-level service entrepreneurs needed, but weren’t receiving.
After teaching over 5,000 CPAs about strategic estate and tax planning, Susana is thrilled to share this high-level knowledge directly with her clients.

Meet Jesus, Managing Partner
Jesus Romo brings over a decade of experience leading operations across a range of organizations—from scrappy startups to global enterprises.
No stranger to optimizing resources and devising money-saving strategies, Jesus began his career at one of Jeff Bezos’s original Amazon fulfillment centers where he played a key role in optimizing inbound operations. He later joined Citigroup, leading high-impact operations and technology programs where one of his standout Six Sigma initiatives delivered over $2 million in annual savings for Citi.
In 2023, Jesus launched a real estate startup that surpassed $1 million in revenue within just 18 months. Over the span of his career, he has generated more than $10 million in value for the businesses and clients he has served.
Today, Jesus is the Managing Partner at Romo CPA, where he is on a mission to empower business owners with the same strategic tools and insights typically reserved for Fortune 500 companies.
